Wonderful top floor loft apartment located a 1 minute walk from Clapham Highstreet.
The room:
Fully furnished with built in wardrobes, ottoman bed, mattress, TV, desk, and a plant - you also have your own bathroom (located in the hallway). Both have been recently refurbished.
The flat:
Fully integrated kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, and all the cups bowls pans you’ll need!
The living room has a 65inch TV with Apple TV, Surround Sound system and Philips Hue Lighting.
Pets are fine as long as they’re chill and you clean up after them.
Rent includes ALL bills. I keep the place pretty clean however a cleaner comes every 2 weeks as well.
About us:
Me 32 (landlord/homeowner), I’m in software sales, regular gym goer and enjoy playing the odd PlayStation game, I like coffee.
Jesse 31 (my partner), graphic designer, also regular gym and reformer convert.
We’ve been together 4 years and are both chill, easy going and conscious that whoever lives with us feels like it’s their home. We’ve lived with quite a few people over the years, all of which are good friends now. We’re respectful and enjoy a chat however you’re obviously welcome to just chill in your room on your own as well.
We don’t tend to go out anymore or have people over often bar the odd friend crashing (rarely), but a heads up is always provided.
Please note that this is best suited to a professional that doesn’t WFH full-time (hybrid is absolutely fine) there is only a small desk in the room and I work at home a majority of the time and so does Jesse.
Generally looking for someone clean and chill who treats the place with respect and enjoys living somewhere nice.
