I’m looking for someone to take over my double-bed room just off Clapham High Street and a 2 minute walk from Clapham North Tube Station. Ideally i’d like to move out around 20th Feb, however I’m quite flexible so can be either before or after this (as long as it’s before 29th Feb).
This room is ideal for those looking for easy access into central London. The area is filled with quirky shops, bars and restaurants- with Clapham Common also a 5 minute walk away.
Current tenants are all professionals- 1 female and 2 males, who are ideally looking for someone similar.
I’d need someone to take over the room by 28th February, though it can be made available earlier.
