Double Room in Clapham Common!

We have a double room available in a lovely little flat a 5 minute walk from Clapham Common tube station. Right behind the high street and large Sainsbury’s.

It's a 3 bed flat with parquet flooring throughout, has a cosy living room, seperate kitchen, bathroom and toilet (which is handy in a flat share).

The room is a large double with a large wardrobe and space for a desk.

We’re Annie (27) & Abi (25) working in Marketing and for a Charity. I work mostly from home and Abi mostly from the office, we’re sociable and hang out together in the evenings and are looking for a third flatmate to join us! We keep the flat relatively clean and tidy so looking for someone who will do the same.

Bills are approx £65 a month, gas & electric is on top of this as it runs on a meter so varies.

The room is available from the 1st October, message if you have any questions or are interested in viewing - we are doing viewings on Monday 5th September in the evening :)
