Sociable House by Clapham Common

Hi all,
I’m super sad to be leaving this fabulous house + it’s wonderful occupants.
We are preferably looking for a female housemate between the ages of 22-26.
The location is excellent- 2 minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station, round the corner from bustling Venn street with loads of different restaurants and bars, 2 mins from the common itself and you can see big sainsburys from the front door!
As a house, everyone is really friendly, social and tend to hang out in the evenings with wine/trashy reality tv etc. in the large living room. Nights out together are also frequent and we’d hope a new housemate would join in.
The room available is on the second floor and is a double. It is fairly small but as a housemate moves out, you will get first dibs on the next biggest room - the most expensive of which is just £625 and are all large doubles.
