Philips Hue coloured lightbulbs that can be controlled via the app or an Alexa. The lights can be set to any colour, set whatever mood you'd like - Disco / Relax / Nightclub.

About the flat:

The flat has been fully refurbished with new furniture, carpets etc.

A top floor flat only 30 seconds walk to the high street, 3 minutes to Clapham High Street Overground Station/Clapham North Underground.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, Smart Hubs, Amazon Echo's in all communal rooms. All lights and lamps are connected to Phillips Hue bulbs etc that link up to the 55" Philips Hue LED screen in the living room. Fast Virgin media broadband and TV etc.

About Us:

Myself & Anthony have happily lived here for 2 years. I run my own business - a theatre school for children. Anthony is a social media marketer.

We are both 29 & enjoy socialising with friends, exploring London and nights out.

We are both looking for someone who likes to have a laugh and go out at the weekend but is also clean and respectful.

We have a joint account that we currently put £130 in each month to cover all house expenses and bills.
