Beautiful flat on Clapham High Street!

Hi! My name’s Liv, I’m looking for a someone to fill the second room in my lovely, 2 bed flat on Clapham High Street:) Sadly, my flatmate is moving back home when our lease ends, so as of Sept 5th I’m hoping to find someone to take her place!

A little about me, I’m 25 years old and work as a critical care nurse in Tooting. I’m originally from the states but have lived in London for a year and a half. I’m easy going and keep things tidy in the flat. I like to be active and spend time outdoors. I enjoy going out for drinks with friends or exploring different parts of the city, but also love chilling at home, cooking and watching reality tv:)
Most of my friends are around the area and I keep fairly busy with work but I would love to have have a flatmate that becomes more of a friend!

About the flat, the location is absolutely prime.
It’s a 1 minute walk from Clapham Common Station (northern line).
The flat is right on Clapham common and the high street has everything you could ever need (big Sainsbury’s, little waitrose, bars, resturants, gyms, etc.)
It’s on the backside of the building as well so it stay fairly quiet for the location!

The room itself is massive, perfect if you work from home a bit or just want the space. It has a queen bed, a whole wall of built in wardrobes, a large dresser, bedside tables and shelving. It also has its own balcony in addition to the balcony in the living room.

Bills are about £150 a month per person.
