Luxury double+ensuite in spacious flat for couple

I am a live-out landlady with two tenants (a lovely Australian couple) who will be moving out of the ensuite bedroom in January to go back to Australia. I am looking for a suitable replacement.

I am looking for a professional couple/professional. The quoted price is for a couple.

-The flat is split-level, with the bedrooms on a separate level from the living area, keeping noise overlap to a minimum.
-The ensuite has been recently renovated to a very high standard and has heated floors.
-The bedroom also has a lovely balcony area to spend warmer days in.
-The kitchen has also been redone recently and is well-equipped. The TV in the living room is 55" (the TV in the picture is no longer there).
-A parking space is included in a private, gated parking lot.

The second bedroom is currently occupied by a friendly female chef who is clean and respectful and has a busy schedule, so she is often not home.

The current tenants have been living in the property for almost 2 years and I have kept the rent the same throughout this period.

The locality is super convenient, with plenty of supermarkets, gyms, bars, and restaurants nearby, but the road itself is quiet. The flat is within 7-8 minutes of Clapham North, Clapham High St and Brixton stations.
