Friendly 28-year-old female professional working in art technology as a curator who is looking for tidy and laidback professional flatmate who likes cats. Diana is a hairless sphinx who likes lots of attention, cuddles and love so must like cats/have owned a cat before. I'm into music, art, exhibitions, going out (techno/drag/gay chaos/gigs). I am from London. Amazing flat for parties but keep it really chill and low-key during the week as is place to unwind. LGBT household (!) I WFH 3 days a week. Previously lived with my good friend for a number of years so friendly household vibes :)

THE ROOM

Really big furnished bedroom with bed, mattress, two closets, two chests of drawers and bedside tables. Ensuite has shower with great water pressure, toilet and bathroom storage. Currently has WFH/desk space. Two large windows and looks over a cute mews road so is really quiet and peaceful. Bed also has storage drawers beneath it. It is down the corridor from the living space, bathroom and my room so it is quiet and you really can't hear anything with the doors shut.

THE FLAT

Top floor 2 bed 2 bath flat on road around the corner from both Clapham Common tube and Clapham North station (3/5 min walk) and 10 min walk to Brixton station. Has large open-plan front room, dining space and kitchen. Big living area with bay doors and large corridors to bedrooms, bathroom and two storage cupboards. Bathroom has bath and shower. Really bright and airy. I'm currently working on my plant caring skills (all dead) so plants welcome! Filled with random art and Princess Diana memorabilia (don't ask). TV with Google Casting.

I smoke intermittently but no smoking in the flat.

5 minutes from Sainsburies/Tesco and Lidl superstore. Road full of great restaurants, surrounded by pubs and bars on the high street and super easy and quick to get into central.

THE CAT

Diana is a 6-year-old hairless sphynx cat that myself and friend/ previous tenant co-parent. She is super friendly, affectionate, curious, talkative and playful so would want attention and love from anyone else who lives in the flat. Must really like cats or have owned a cat before as if I am not in the flat or at work, she'd follow you around and demand attention and would need to ask you to feed her/check on who is in the house etc. She's an indoor cat so need to be conscious of not opening bottom windows or closing bedroom doors with windows open. She is a big big vibe but basically a third housemate.

RENT/BILLS

1150 pcm with 4 - 5 week rent deposit (tbc). 12-month joint lease.

Bills (WiFi, water, energy and council tax band E) approx. £130 - 160 a month due to apocalyptic energy increased. Quite energy efficient flat as we are on the top-floor with double glazing so it is usually really warm and we don't have heating on until late in the year. Have a Splitwise to share other household costs (cleaning products, bathroom products etc).
