Located just off Clapham High Street - 5 min walk from Clapham North Station & 4 min walk to Clapham High Street Overground

The flat is split level across 2 floors with a large living room, a separate kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is space for a desk in the living room and I also use this space to WFH

Bills come to £160 each per month so total each is £1120

Close to plenty of supermarkets including a big Sainburys a 5 min walk away and a little Sainsburys 2 min walk away

The tenancy officially starts on 9th June but there is flexibility to move in from 2nd June. You will be sharing with me and I am a mixture of WFH and in the office

I am laidback and love going to the pub but equally love a night in having dinner and watching films. I am chilled, tidy and respectful of other peoples space. Looking for a likeminded flatmate who is happy to explore London together but also has their own group of friends 💖
