Massive room in heart of Clapham for 3 weeks

I am going on holiday for 3x weeks and sub-letting my huge room on Clapham High Street.

You couldn’t get a better location - 3 minutes walk to the Northern line (10 mins to Oxford Circus), 4 minutes from an overground, 7 minutes to Clapham Common and seconds from all the bars, clubs and restaurants of ever-popular Clapham.

My room is the largest in the house and contains everything you need - double bed, storage, TV, desk chair and bean bag (desk can be set up on request).

We also have a large kitchen, lounge and HUGE roof terrace, which is really the best part of the house. You can see over Clapham High Street, and as far as Battersea Power Station and the Shard.

The current flat mates are a mix of boys and girls from Australia, Manchester and Scotland. We are all in our 20s and hang out together. Everyone is really friendly and sociable - in fact the last person we sublet to has ended up moving in! So we would like someone who is the same vibe.

It is a great option for anyone who is moving to the area and wants a base for a few weeks, to do viewings at other properties for example.

Dates are 1st July until 22nd July, but can be a bit flexible with these, upon discussion.

Weekly cleaner and all bills included in the price.

Parking also available on request and for additional price.
