You will be sharing with two 27 year old lads. One guy in finance and the other an engineer. Both are nice, easy going guys.
The mattress is very high quality with black out blinds, quality sheets & woolen carpet.
There’s a walk in shower & the place has been finished to a high standard! Each room has a 55” TV & plenty of storage. The room is 17x15, so it’s huge.

Bills are on top, Gas is on the meter but the other bills are approx 125per month. Cleaner comes weekly at approx 10 per week.
Super comfy place and always clean!
Contract is 1 year but if you need to leave for any reason you can just organise replacing yourself with a suitable person.
