I'm looking for a lovely female flatmate to move into my spare room in Clapham!
The flat
The flat is a 5 minute walk from both Clapham North station (northern line) and Clapham High Street Overground. It's located behind Clapham High Street so very close to the shops and common but still quiet!
It was renovated in 2020 with all new appliances and furniture. It's bright and spacious but still feels very cosy.
The room has a double bed, desk and spacious wardrobe. The bed is an ottoman for extra storage.
I'm happy to send videos of the room and flat.
About me
I'm a 27 year old who works in sales. I go into the office about 2/3 days a week. I love socialising, going to the gym, travelling and cooking. I'm happy to enjoy an evening eating dinner and watching tv but enjoy having my own space / time too.
I bought the flat in 2020 and have been living here with friends for the past 4 years.
I'm now looking for a new friendly & tidy flatmate to move in. Ideally, move in date would be early Feb but I can be flexible.
