Double room available in lovely two bedroom flat right off of Clapham High Street!

I've been living in this cute space for a little over two years with my flatmate Hannah who has become one of my best friends in London! Unfortunately, i've decided to move back home to Canada to finish off my schooling and therefore will be looking for somebody to take over my room and replace me on the lease.

The room is quite spacious and has a ton of closet space which is really nice for gals that have a lot of clothes like me :) The place also comes fully furnished with everything you need including a bed, storage, couch, tv, kitchen utensils, etc.

As it is a two-bedroom flat with a shared living space, we are looking for someone who is quite sociable and is not just looking for a room but a place to make a home and potentially a new friend! Of course we all have our own lives/jobs as well so independence is also important, as well as just the general things such as cleanliness and respect for one anothers space.

The best part of the flat is definitely location. The flat is located right in the middle of Clapham High Street off of a side road. It's about a 2-minute walk to a big Sainsbury's and a 5 minute walk to either Clapham Common Station, Clapham North, or the overground. You can also walk about 15 mins to Stockwell if you'd like to take the Victoria line. Clapham Common area is such a lively place to live with tons of restaurants, bars, and of course Clapham Common Park.
