Hey guys!! 💗 Looking for someone to rent this beaut 2 bed in Clapham for our final few weeks of our contract (which terminates on the 15th January 2026), as we are moving to another property on the 20th December 2025 - so this flat will be sat vacant otherwise. We have absolutely loved every minute here and are only just moving to a few floors up in the same building to a smaller 1 bed whilst we save for a mortgage.
Shorter lets are more than welcome as well as anyone looking to stay on potentially longer - we could always try and swap ourselves out for you if you’d like to stay on longer! Pets are also welcome (they are allowed in the building which is a massive plus - we ourselves have a cat!).
A few fun facts about the place:
🚆 LOCATION: It's just off Clapham High Street (7ish mins walk to the Common park) and got great connectivity (bang in the middle of Clapham North and Clapham Common stations so like a 7 min walk to either). You can access most places in central within 30 mins - and have tons of amenities at your fingertips being just off the high street (2x
Sainsbury's within 5 mins, M&S Foodhall, Waitrose, Whole Foods, lots of cute coffee shops / restaurants & bars). We usually don't leave the area if not for work as there's so much about! I am well and truly obsessed, hence not leaving anytime soon.
🏃🏽♀️ EXERCISE: If you're also an active person - there's a pretty big pure gym right opposite the building and Clapham Leisure centre within 5 mins also + many studios (Pilates etc). 1Rebel is also due to be opening up right opposite this building. There are also park runs in the Common and many sports teams (Tag Rugby, Netball) you could join in the Common if that's your thing - though probably more active in the summer.
🏡 ROOMS: 1 master bedroom with an ensuite (very decent size en-suite) and another double bedroom (also super decent size, has a study table as well). The property comes with 2 bathrooms - which is super convenient and very hard to come by! There is also a little storage cupboard for some extra space. The flat is quite big (700 sqm) and bright/airy with French balconies in the living room and open plan kitchen. The spec and finish is also quite modern.
🫧 OTHER FACTS: It’s a very comfortable living in a banging / happening location with a concierge who are onsite on all days except Sunday. There are also 2x communal rooftop gardens on floors 7 and 8. Your neighbours in the building are absolutely lovely as well - some young professionals and some slightly more middle aged (young families) - very friendly and peaceful.
