We’re looking for someone to take on a short-term sublet (approx. 5 months) for our spacious, fully furnished 1-bedroom flat on Clapham High Street.

📅 Available from 20 February 2026 to 20 July 2026, with some flexibility on both move-in and move-out dates. We’re also open to discussing slightly shorter or longer stays.
💷 £2,100 per month, open to negotiation.

The flat is ideally located for young professionals and commuters:

~7-minute walk to Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations

~5-minute walk to Clapham High Street Overground station

Bus stop right outside the building with frequent services to Clapham Junction

The flat is on the 5th floor of a modern building with a concierge service, making it very secure. The area itself is vibrant and lively, with a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Clapham Common is just a short walk away, offering excellent green space.

The building also has a roof terrace with beautiful views across Central London.
