Hello!
I’m moving out to go back home and looking for someone to fill the room from the 10th July. It’s a 2 bedroom first floor flat, in a great location for transports and shops. You’ll be sharing with Greg (pictured on the far left on my profile photo).
The Flat
It’s a first story flat above a store (closed on weekends). Despite being a busy road, the windows have been sound proofed by the landlord which blocks out the traffic noise. It’s a social, open plan layout for the kitchen/lounge with large windows which let lots of light in. There’s a large fridge freezer between the two of us, with a dishwasher and washing machine within the kitchen units. It’s a 7 minute walk to Clapham Junction, and a bus stop 1 minute walk from the house which takes you to Clapham Common station in under 10 minutes. Bills come to around £100 a month.
The Room
The room is the back bedroom on the floor plan, coming with a large built in wardrobe and a bed. The landlords have allowed us to put shelves up in other rooms, so if you wanted to make it more your own we can check to confirm.
Your Future Flatmate
Greg is 27, works as a junior brand manager and originally from Ipswich. He works in the office 3 days a week, working from home the other two. We both tend to work from the dining table and then take calls in our room when needed. In the evenings he tends to be going to the gym or socialising. Really friendly and easy to talk to. His interests are walks around London, watching films and catching up with friends.
The Ideal Flatmate
The communal area is really nice, so someone who’s friendly and social but independent/able to do their own thing would be great. Ideally another professional who’s also respectful and tidy too. We’d prefer someone to be here for a while rather than a short term let.
We’d love to show you around the place and invite you over if you’re interested!
