The Property is a 2 bed flat, that you’ll be sharing with myself.

The room is cute medium sized double. With big windows opening to a little patio, and letting in amazing natural light. The detailed high ceilings, wall cut out and mural add to its charm and make it feel very spacious.
The room is newly furnished with a tall double wardrobe, a desk (not seen in the picture), chest of drawers, and a bedside table. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. And new fibre wifi has just been installed.

About the Flat:

The flat has a big kitchen with a door opening to a conservatory turned into a living room, for perfect spot to chill. It is equipped with all the essentials and more (rice cooker, waffle maker, panini maker, slow cooker, juicer….). Through the conservatory is small shared garden, with patio furniture, perfect for morning coffee or early evening wine.

Location:

Situated just 15 minutes’ walk from Clapham junction and the green space of Wandsworth Common is only a short walk away. Making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds, being in London and having a green space nearby.

There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep and M&S, Lidle, waitrose… are all just a 10 minute walk away too.

I’m a 23yo working in fashion for a luxury jewellery company. I enjoy going to the gym, going for coffee and a sweet treat as well as a good night out. Trying to balance the wholesomeness and the party life lol. Xx
