Hi girlies! I’m sadly leaving this beautiful house to move in with my boyfriend and looking for a girl aged 25-30 to replace me in my room from the 16th of October (slightly flexible for the right person).

🛏️ The hugeeee double room is south facing and gets amazing light all day. It comes partially furnished with a huge wardrobe and super comfy king mattress. Happy to negotiate for you to purchase the bed frame and bedside tables from me.

💰 The room is £1250 per month not incl bills. Bills come to roughly £100 / month (Wandsworth council tax). The lease ends March 2026 (so price is locked in until then).

🏠 The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a garden and roof terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a wine fridge. It’s located in Clapham Junction about an 8 minute walk from the station. Also 10 minutes from Wandsworth town.

👯‍♀️ You will be living with 3 amazinggg girls aged 26-30 who are my close friends - they all work full-time in law, finance and retail. The girls keep it low key during the week but love a drink, a boogie or a Pilates session and want to find someone who they can also be friends with. The landlords are really responsive with any repairs and also lovely people.
