Double room In Clapham junction

Hiya!
I'm sadly moving out and i'm looking to rent my room.

Location is super central few min walk from Clapham Junction station, buses 24h and overground until 00:30!
Amenities are all around and few min walk distance. Lidl and Boots, Asda and Sainsbury. The high road has many coffee shops, TK max, Superdrug, nails shops, charity shops, gym and local pubs to hang out in free time.

About the building, is located in a safe gate with concierge. There's a massive garden all around the building and has included Gym and Pool, very well kept. The flat is on the 12th floor, is 2 bed flat, bathroom, living room and spacious kitchen, all is new in the flat.
The room is a great size and comes with a built in wardrobe. Lots of natural light coming through and a stunning view from all the window in the house.

My flatmate Giulia, Italian very bubbly and friendly, sometimes works from home but always up for a chat and coffee break!

The rent is £1100+bills, which is usually around £90-£100, depend on the season.

Moving date, ideally end of March but can be flexible.
