I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious furnished double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a lovely flat just 2 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station.

The flat is located right on the high street, surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes from Northcote Road, so the location is incredibly central while still feeling very residential and safe.

The room comes fully furnished and includes a desk setup, ideal if you occasionally work from home.

You would be sharing the flat with one other girl only, an Italian professional who works office hours and is very clean, respectful and easygoing. She’s often out after work and during the week, so overall the flat is very calm and quiet. The kitchen and living room would be shared with her.

The flat is on the first floor of a small building and the room is available from 2nd July as a short term sublet.

At the moment, I’m planning to return around the end of September, however I’m quite flexible with the move out date and happy to discuss timings with the right person.

We’re ideally looking for a female professional (students also welcome) who is clean, respectful and looking for a peaceful home rather than a party flat.
