After one lovely year here, I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend (classic), so I am looking for someone to take my place.

FLAT DETAILS
The room is a bright double bedroom with French windows leading onto the balcony, and your own bathroom just adjacent to the room (pictured). There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a large tv. The balcony also has an entrance from the kitchen and is south facing, so gets plenty of sun! (Great for summer).
The landlord is extremely helpful and accommodating. He lives 10 minutes away and will come over as soon as he can if you have any issues! He will also put up anything you like on the walls (shelves, wall art etc).
The flat block also has secure bike storage.

You will be living with a friend of mine (26 year old guy) who is a working professional. He is looking for a similarly friendly and easy going flatmate, who would be up for hanging out occasionally (think Netflix, cooking, wine). He would prefer a female housemate to keep the great balance we have currently.

LOCATION
The flat is a stone’s throw away from Clapham North tube station (roughly 1 min walk) and a 5 minute walk from Clapham High Street station, so a really ideal location. Being right by the high street and Clapham Common, there are plenty of great shops, restaurants, bars and gyms within 5/10 minutes walk.

MOVE IN DATE
Move in date is very flexible and can be any time around the end of March onwards as I can move out whenever. Rent can easily be adjusted for the move in date (e. g for a middle of the month move in date).

Note that references will be required as we go through an agent for letting. Available for £890 PCM (bills are around £40-50 PCM).
