Double room in social clapham house

Sadly I am moving from this awesome place to move in with my boyfriend. This is a very social house right near clapham north Station and a 10 minute walk to the common. The flatmates are all really fun and love the occasional family dinner and drinks together. There's a good mix between guys and girls and the place is currently made up of Aussie, New Zealanders, English and greek!

The place had 6 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms (plus extra loo on the ground floor), lounge. Kitchen (with 2 fridge/freezers), dining space, large backyard and access to a private outdoor space for the few flats in our strip.

The room itself is a cosy double bedroom with loads of storage with a built in wardrobe and under bed storage. I am currently working from home, so i have a desk in here at the moment (ill take this with me) but without that the bed can be moved around for bigger floor space. There are 3 stories and you'll be on the top floor sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.

Bills are set at £100 a month on top of rent (so £900 in total) which include everything (gas, electric, internet etc) and we also have a cleaner that comes once a week also included. The landlord is also really decent which is a big bonus in london! We are also all on individual leases so no worrying about anyone else's bills!
