Double room in sociable house!

Hey there!

We have a double room coming free in the next month in our sociable house in Clapham North as the current housemate is sadly moving on to live with her other half. Here's some details below about the living situation:

The house:

The house is a 3-floor, 6-bed terraced house with a living room, a garden, a roof terrace, two kitchens, and three bathrooms (so plenty of space for everyone). It's also very conveniently located between Clapham North (6 min walk), Clapham High Street (6 min walk), Stockwell (12 min walk), and Brixton (15 min walk), so it's easy to get around to pretty much any part of London. The tenancy runs until September 2023. Bills come to around £80 a month (council tax, utilities, wifi, fortnightly cleaner)

The room:

The room is fully furnished and big enough to fit a double bed, a table and chair, the usual stuff, plus it has big windows for lots of natural light.

The housemates:

You'd be living with 3 boys and 2 girls - we are all sociable and respectful people in our 20s that have lived in houseshares before so we know all the standard do's and don'ts. A brief description of each of us:

Chloe - 25, stylist, house fashion icon
Jae - 28, consultant, always travelling
Sophie - 25, supply chain analyst, Guinness enthusiast
Raj - 28, actuarial consultant, music encyclopedia
Sam - 28, student support, all-around nice guy

We've been living together since October and have a really good balance between doing things together (dinner, drinks, nights out) and also doing our own things. Everyone gets on, likes a drink at the pub, and friends are always welcome round.

Please note that the minimum salary requirement to pass credit checks is £26,500, otherwise a UK-based guarantor would be required.
