I have a spacious double bedroom available in a flat i have recently rented in Clapham.
About the flat:
It is right next to Clapham North tube station and 3 mins away from Clapham High Street overground. It is very close to shops and amenities!

Minimum tenancy is 12months (until 28th Sept 2025), with possibility to renew for longer.

Professionals preferred, sorry :(
Landlord requires references and a guarantor depending on annual income.
The rent is £1050 per month + bills.
There is also a security deposit of £1211.54 which will be fully refundable at the end of the tenancy.

About the flatmate:
You'd be living with me! I'm Anushka, I'm 24 and work in tech. I'm usually in the office all day during the week and on the weekends I like to have a mix of chill and fun days out :))
I'm pretty nice I think 😌 and I'm looking for someone who's also nice, and who wants to be friends rather than just flatmates!
