Super large double en-suite room available in our 4 bed house share within a private gated street in Clapham South!

After 5 years, I am leaving my gorgeous room in Clapham South to move in with my boyfriend. The room is £1230 a month and bills are £110. It is available to rent from 13th October but I can be flexible with dates so would be open to discussion on this :)

The house is 5 minutes from Clapham South tube station and 15 minutes from Balham tube station. Close to many shops, cafes, pubs, and clapham common.

The house itself has 4 bedrooms, a large spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and drier, and a private garden with BBQ. It is within a gated street and we have a parking space, along with multiple visitor parking spaces.

The room is unfurnished but has a built in three door wardrobe and multiple storage areas. I would be open to discussion on selling some of my furniture at a good price as I don't need to take it all with me. The ensuite has both a newly fitted waterfall shower and large bath.

A bit about the housemates...

My housemates are age 25-29, two males and a female. We ideally are looking for a female to keep the balance of the house. We enjoy all the usual things; pub trips, sports, cooking, summer BBQs and Sunday roasts. We like spending time together but of course appreciate each others space and have our own busy lives and friends outside of the house.
