Beautiful bedroom in Clapton!

Hi everyone,

We are offering this lovely upstairs double in a Clapton houseshare. The room has painted original floorboards, sash window and a lockable door.

Rental price include all utilities, and cleaner for the communal areas, and even the cleaning products. So that is gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast WiFi, cleaner, and household supplies.

The rest of the house is comprised of a large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room/utility room, garden, 2 bathrooms both with showers and toilets, and storage room. There is no living room but the open plan double kitchen diner which leads out into the garden with table and chairs gives many options for seating. Kitchen also has 2 cookers, 2 kitchen sinks and 2 fridges, and there is a separate tumble dryer alongside washing machine.

The other housemates are all professionals, aged around 30 on average, working in a range of jobs with different hours- so not all fighting for showers around the 9-5 work day.

Also for those that don't know it, Clapton is a really nice area which has become extremely popular to move to in recent years. It's now full of independent cafes and pubs, whilst still having the canal and marshes to keep it green and with space to escape. We don't have a tube stop, which scares some people off, but we re actually right next to 3 different train lines from Clapton station, Hackney Downs and Hackney Central which all connect to many tube lines. There are also about 10 different buses that take you far and wide.
