Gauthier, Louis and James here in need of a fourth to complete the flock.

We all earn our living by brewing beer or talking rubbish about tech. Pleasant bunch, into things and stuffs. We sometimes play a board game while eating far too much (or not enough) cheese and have the odd pint at the local or just chat in the kitchen contemplating life. Living our best real housewives of Clapton life’s ! Gauthier is known for hosting epic BBQs, is joint of beef is locally acclaimed.

House
The house has a living room with a wonky projector, a garden that needs a bit of work (James needs help!), a kitchen with some things to cook your food, a bathroom to wash all of your bits and a place for your bike in the hallway (Louis needs a cycling buddy!)

But probably what you really want to know, is how is the room...

As for the room, it's the smallest so you’ll be paying a little less than the others - It's watertight, heated, and located on the first floor at the far end away from the other rooms; the window overlooks the garden and towards the bright lights of Walthamstow marshes.

It comes unfurnished so you have loads of space - bed NOT included but the wooden floorboards are comfortable!

Money
Rent is £655 + some bills, overall currently standing at just under £800 per month (we have a spreadsheet with all costs), including bog roll, internet , Netflix and house junk. Deposit £500.

We have a fixed contract until late summer 2025 and direct relationship with our landlord.

Area
AH YEAH, Clapton, really nice area; parks, marshes, markets, river, buses and the Overground 15min to Liverpool Street station. The street is quiet yet a stones throw from every pound shop you could need!

Moving in date is by Saturday 1st of June however our housemate who is moving out can give you flexibility and move out earlier if it works for both parties.
