** Cosy room in Huge Victorian House **

Hello!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us as the fourth member of our big, spacious Victorian Villa with a beautiful garden, massive kitchen, garden house and a roll-top bath.

The room is a cosy double bedroom on the top floor of the house. The room is furnished with a double bed and large desk, there is a wardrobe on the landing and loads of storage space in the attic.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone in their thirties to forties who is looking for a home rather than just a room.

We are three friendly, relaxed and considerate professionals 34 years old and up. Elena a behavioural scientist, Frances who works in human rights and Lizet an actor and filmmaker.

We all lead busy lives and do our own thing, but also like to occasionally eat together and hang out. It’s not a party house, but we do socialise/ have bbq’s, love to go out for a dance and there is loads of space for yourself. There’s a strong sense of community on the street (Cul-de-sac), with an annual street party and a great street WhatsApp group.

The house is beautiful with big rooms and high ceilings. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, the main hub of the house, has a large island workspace and comes equipped with all mod cons with French doors to the garden. There's lots of little spots to work from home so people aren't confined to working from their rooms which is great. There are three toilets:, a bathroom with roll-top bath, a shower room and a cloakroom.

The garden is beautiful in summer and ideal for BBQs and socialising. There’s also an amazing little summer house / garden studio at the back of the garden which is great for working from home, chilling or toasting the sunrise.

Availability: We are looking to fill the room ASAP.

We estimate monthly bills to be around £100-150.

Clapton Station is a 2 min walk with just a 12 min journey to Liverpool St.
Stoke Newington Church St is just a 15 min walk away. It’s a 25 min bus journey to Old St and 30 mins to Finsbury Park. Parking is easy on our street.
