Lovely double room, 30 secs walk to Clapton stn

Sadly, I'm moving away from this lovely and cosy flat.

The room is spacious with plenty of natural light and sits on the first floor. It comes with a bed and, if you'd like, you can arrange with me to keep the other furniture.

You’ll have a big kitchen and living room as well as a massive garden, so no worries if you need somewhere to store your bike. We've lived here for a while, so the house is equipped with all the essentials.

Our place is on a calm and picturesque road in Upper Clapton and is very well connected. Clapton overground station is just a minute away, and it’s a ten minutes ride to Liverpool Street station from there.

You’ll be living with us two, Victoria and Tereza. Victoria is a civil engineer, and Tereza is a writer in the energy sector. Both lovely and easy going. Wouldn’t mind to share a glass of wine over a dinner or hang out in local pub.

Monthly bills covers everything, including the internet and a weekly cleaner (+£67 in total)
