Double bedroom available in beautiful & recently refurbished apartment in Clapton.

Hello, we are a professional couple living in a beautiful and clean apartment in Clapton, we are literally just a couple of minutes walk from the over ground station which is zone 2. It’s a great area to live in, there are lots of lovely shops, cafes and pubs and there are several nice parks in the vicinity. Our recently renovated flat is mid-century style and is very cosy.

The room is available Monday-Friday, £600.00PCM.

A little about us; Leandra (28) is a Project Manager, Alfie (32) is an Architect. We work very hard and so when we are home we use the place to relax.

There will be 4 of us all together, the other house mate, Rob, is a professional male who is working in recruitment who is very pleasant and stays with us during the week. When not with us Rob stays with his family outside London.

We enjoy chatting together with our housemates but value our own space too. Therefore, we are looking for somebody who is on the same wavelength as us, who is friendly but also reasonably quiet. Every now and then we like to enjoy a drink, which can be very pleasant, but we don't go out partying (we are not looking for party animals).

We make an effort for the environment together; we sort the recycling, we use eco friendly household products, we reduce waste where possible, etc.

We keep the place very clean and tidy, this is the most important thing to us - being here you will benefit from this.

We are open to sharing with professionals or dedicated students.
