Double room in Clapton

We are 4 humans & a tiny fluff dog, we are looking for a new chilled roommate - any gender or age, just somebody who likes to chill, meditate, cook, animals, music, cards etc..

The house is large and spacious, with a big garden and lovely tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and large tub!

We communally share all kitchen appliances and cleaning things, and keep the house clean and tidy.

We like to socialise and hang out with each other but we all enjoy our privacy and quiet times, and as our working hours all vary there is never a full house but always people around !

Pets welcome - they will have to get on with a German Spitz, but otherwise the more the merrier.

We’re on a very quiet street, 40 seconds from debauney park, which leads onto the River and Hackney marshes is 10 mins away.

Chatsworth rd is 10 mins away, Malbley Green and Victoria Park are all under 10 mins walk away, all lovely local takeouts, independent shops and cafes, Well St etc..

Adam and Eve pub and The Spread Eagle are the local pubs!
