Double room in Amazing warehouse, East London

Hey!

I share this amazing warehouse with 10 people, guys & girls (a great mix).

We have 1 very large and beautiful double room available now in our cool warehouse in trendy East London, we are looking for some new housemates to move in to our chilled warehouse, it's not a party house but we do have the occasional few per year :)

We're a friendly bunch who likes to hang out on occasion and do festivals together, but we also respect each others own space and privacy.

We all come from different places and countries all around the world, we're English, Italian, French, Romanian, Ghanaian, Brazilian, Australian and German. So a happy international mix!

This great double room advertised features a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a chair with plenty of storage space.

Couples considered*

This amazingly cool warehouse if full of creatives so like-minded new flatmates would be preferred, but anyone is welcome,
This warehouse is huge and has 3 living areas and 3 bathrooms.

Bills (such a broadband) is all included and there is also a regular cleaner coming around to take care of the shared areas.

There's a few warehouses on the same street in locally and this area has a very good and close-knitted community where people hang out together and socialise, there's a huge space where we lounge and have lunches/ dinners together.

Due to the fact that we are all working most of the day, we have now arranged for a trusted agent to handle the viewings for us; afternoon/ evenings during the week works best for us.
