A large and newly renovated kitchen diner sits on the ground floor and is spacious enough for several house mates to cook and dine.
A large patio door provides direct access to the rear garden.

There’s two WCs and one bathroom room with shower.

- Storage -
There’s extra storage on the 1st floor and ground floor.

- House etiquette-
Clean is the name of the game and as seen in the pictures, there is white flooring throughout, so shoes are not taken upstairs and tenants tidy up after themselves. There is also a cleaner.

-About You-
The incoming tenant should be a mature soul , clean tidy and homely.
Someone who can read the room and naturally respect a shared home.
