Our place is a family home whereas I live here permanently and daughter stays with me part-time. We are looking for a friendly addition to our beautiful and sunny house. My daughter feels most comfortable with a female flat mate.
The large spare room on the first floor has a large double bed, a desk and three built-in wardrobes. The window is looking out onto our garden.
Our place is close to Clapton train station (4mins), Hackney Marshes (4mins) and Hackney Central (10mins). The house is very modern and clean with an open plan ground floor. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and connects to the living room. That leads onto the garden with a lawn, to hang out on.
The garden is also shared with another person who temporarily stays in the garden studio.
There’s loads of things going on around here within the area, including the amazing Hackney Marshes but if you’re knackered at the end of the day there’s a friendly space for you to come back to.
