£650 for the month (incl bills for gas, elec, water and internet. NO council tax)

I have had to leave to Beirut and we need to fill the room.

A ground floor flat located in Clapton on Pembury road. Close to Hackney Downs station, 8 min walk to Hackney Central, and very close to loads of buses heading east, north and into central. Short walk from Kingsland road and Mare St. You'd be living with two other people, a PhD student at UCL and a student at AA. There's no living room, but a small room for storage and we usually hang in the kitchen.

There's also a little black cat!

Both flatmates work long hours and are rarely home except sometimes on the weekends. They're incredibly friendly and neat, living with them is quite easy.

Unfortunately, no benefits accepted. We are self isolating/ social distancing and would be expecting anyone who joined to do the same.
