Friendly & spacious garden flatshare by the park

SHORT TERM LET.
Available from April 1st- ideally looking for a short term lets.

Small single room available in a 3 bed flat, sharing with me (the owner occupier), another female and a friendly cat.

The room has a single bed and small clothes rail

Good size shared lounge and kitchen (with washer dryer and dining seating for 6).

South facing garden is a bit of a microclimate, and I’m slowly growing it into a tropical paradise. Have lovely friendly neighbours, we often chat over the fence.

Flat is surrounded by parks, next to Millfields park, Hackney Marshes and the river Lea. Very close to the lovely shops on Chatsworth Road (and the weekly market). Plenty of great bars and restaurants around here.

I work from home as does the other flatmate.

I’m 50 and very sociable- I enjoy a mix of health kicks and nights out. I enjoy having a quiet flat, in fact it’s super quiet here as I live opposite a park, so the biggest noise is birdsong.

Closest station is Clapton overground but I would usually walk/bus down to Homerton or Hackney Downs (just under 20 mins).

All utilities, broadband, Netflix and cleaner included in price.

Looking for a chilled flatmate who loves cats and a healthy mix of high and low brow culture. 😹
