We are looking for someone to come and live in the lovely second bedroom in our spacious, contemporary flat, short term ( until early October) . Fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. It gets a lot of natural light and is also well insulated (warm in the winter).

The flat has a large living room / dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom (with bath & shower head), separate toilet, 2 bedrooms, a balcony and lots of hallway storage space. It's on the second floor of a 3-story building (there is a lift). The room has a double bed, shelving unit, large cupboard/wardrobe, and chair. (If a desk or chest of drawers is required, let us know).

It is right in the heart of Clapton (7 min walk to Clapton station), 15/20 mins to Liverpool St. Station, 12 mins to Stoke Newington station, and there are very frequent buses to Finsbury Park (Victoria & Piccadilly line), Hackney Central, Manor House (Piccadilly line). There are loads of nice pubs, cafes, food shops, restaurants, yoga/wellness centre within a few minutes walk away.

We are a couple living in 1 of the bedrooms. The tenancy terms of notice are 1 month on both sides.
