The Room:

Cozy with a mezzanine bed . The rate will be £260 for 3 weeks, with bills included and no deposit.

The Warehouse:

The warehouse features creative workshop space, with a communal kitchen and living area. Two floors with four bedrooms down and five bedrooms upstairs (this ad is for 2 rooms upstairs and one room in ground floor). The ground floor features a fully functioning creative workshop. The first floor features the communal area, kitchen and bathroom (downstairs also has an extra toilet and kitchenette). The kitchen features three fridges, eight hobs, two ovens, large sink, microwave, washing machine, breakfast bar, recycling and mixed individual and communal storage. The communal area upstairs features a very large lounge with lots of natural light, comfy sofas, a dining table and chairs. The bathroom consists of a shower, two sinks and separate toilet.

Your Housemates (and the local community):

10 friendly housemates mostly working in creative industries. Everyone enjoys good food and wine and we love chatting in the evening and watching films together People are respectful of privacy and noise, with a preference for attending parties elsewhere. A weekly rota ensures clean communal spaces. There are no queuing issues since everyone operates on slightly different schedules. The estate is mixed use constituting a vibrant community of artists, small businesses and regular folk. The canal and hackney marshes is just a 5 minute walk away, the perfect hang out spot during spring/summer months.
