I am looking for someone to join me in the Lower Clapton flat I have been living in and sharing for the last 3 and a half years. The flat is in an amazing location, just off Chatsworth Road and round the corner from Milfields Park.

The room is available from the 24th December and the tenancy would be for 6 months on a contract. The room double is £575 pcm (bills not included). Bills come to around £80-£100pcm.

The flat is the entrance floor and first floor of a 3 story house and the room is a good size double with views out the back on the house into the trees.

The kitchen was newly refurbished in February 2020 and the communal living room is spacious yet cosy with a dining table and sofas. The communal rooms and the bedrooms are furnished. If you have a bike there is space to store it inside under the stairs.

I am a teacher in a school nearby and therefore I am looking someone who is happy to catch up after a days work but also wants a relaxed home environment. You will also be sharing with another lovely professional who will be moving into the other room. During lock down times the area has been the perfect place to explore Hackney Marshes and the Walthamstow Wetlands. Out of lock down there are all the great local restaurants and cafes up the road and in the local area.
