Double room in apt overlooking hackney marshes

The apartment has a huge open plan living/dining room and a good size kitchen. Its 10 mins walk from Clapton overground and another 10 minutes in to Liverpool st station. There are also plenty of bus options around the corner.

The area is very chill with the marshes and canal walkway right outside our window, loads of pubs/restaurants nearby and it’s only a stones throw from Hackney central and Stoke Newington.

You would be living with two Irish lads in their late 20s. We are real easy going, like to have a laugh and few drinks now and then but also are respectful, tidy and clean. Regularly take advantage of the free sky tv on those slug days as well. Looking for someone similar.
