Hi everyone!
As I am about to enter a new chapter of my life I am moving out from this lovely home located in Clapton.

The room is the largest in the house located at the ground floor of a two floors flat.
It feels bright and spacious, with its very high ceiling. It has enough space for everything you need and to practice all sorts of activities and hobbies. I had space to work, practice yoga, paint and enjoy the sunny days just opening the big door window facing directly the garden.

The furniture in the room includes:
- King size bed
- Desk and chair
- Sofa (2 seater)
- Plenty of storage space: 2 wardrobes, mirror, chest of drawers, built in shelves

The flat is located a few minutes walking to Clapton station in a friendly quiet street with a nice community vibe. Regents canal and nice big parks are located nearby for nice relaxing walks and bike rides.
It has been a really nice home with a family vibe where to live for the last year and a half. You will be living with 3 girls, all in their mid twenties working in design, fashion & sustainability. They are into design, yoga and gardening.
We are ideally looking for a professional lady around our age who would enjoy hanging together for dinners, walks, bike rides, food ... :)  relaxed, clean and respectful, willing to take care of the house as we all do.

References are required, both part time and full time professionals are suitable for the tenancy.
