You have the space to create your kitchenette and use these rooms as studio flats.

Large kitchen/living room area is shared with other en-suites. There is a nice garden at the back that needs some cleaning and gardening.

£900 room has it's own washing machine.

All bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity) are included in the rent. You will need to get your own broadband connection.

DSS income accepted.
