Description
My flatmate is leaving our flat at the end of September so I am looking for someone new to take her room (UNFURNISHED) from the 1st of October. The rent is £725pcm, plus bills (around £200pp, including superfast broadband!).
The flat is in Clapton, by the Lea River and opposite Walthamstow marshes, there’s so much green space nearby and it’s great for walking/running/cycling. The flat is in a modern block in super quiet neighbourhood that will make you feel like you’re living in the countryside but is just a short walk from nice pubs and Chatsworth road! There are a lot of good travel options too, it’s 10 mins walk from Clapton station, 12 mins from Lea Bridge station and 5 mins from convenient bus routes (56, 55, 242).
The flat is spacious, with big windows that let a lot of light in. The balcony is south-west facing and is huge, and the best place to be when it's sunny. The room comes unfurnished, and is about 3.5m x 2.5m and also very bright. My current housemate may be willing to sell some items of furniture (wardrobe, desk, chair) if you'd like.
I am looking for a flatmate of a similar age (30s), ideally someone who is considerate and tidy etc but also quite sociable!
I work in transport planning and have lived in the area for several years, and I love it! Which is why I would love to find a new flatmate so I can stay in this great flat. I enjoy music, cycling, running, horror films, reading and going to the pub! If you’re interested please get in touch, I will be happy to tell you more and arrange a viewing.
Agency fees are £50 for changing the name on the tenancy agreement but that’s it.
