Double room in 4 bedroom house, Hackney

Hi, this is my friend’s four bedroom house in Clapton, Hackney. I manage the house and live here - along with Courtney and Zack. Sadly our lovely housemate is leaving so we’re looking for another lovely, laid back and clean lodger to fill the room :) All are double bedrooms and bills are included.

It’s a three storey house with a large kitchen as well as a garden which gets lots of sunshine in the summer!

I am a 30year old professional - who works a fast pace job. I am warm, clean and friendly. I am looking for lodgers who want to make a home, respect others in the house and are happy to tidy up after themselves. Would be lovely to socialise sometimes but also respect each other’s space.

Rent is £800 per room and this includes bills. £6 contribution is given each month for house hold products and toilet roll. This is all ordered for you.

To give you a feel for the house, most of us are in bed and quiet from 10pm each night. Noise goes through the house quite easily so I do ask that noise in the kitchen is kept to a minimum from 10.30pm onwards during the week. Weekends are more flexible however this is not a party house. If you are looking for this please do not apply. We are all working professionals who will be in routines during the week.

Due to the only communal area being the kitchen, you are welcome to have friends over for dinner here and there, we just let each other know in the what’s app group for the house.

The house is a short walk from Clapton overground station and the canal. Springfield park is also less than 5 mins walk away and there is a co-op minutes from the house. The train from Clapton station goes to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes.
