Airy room in social 6 bed victorian house

Hello! We have a spacious double room available for occupancy in our wonderful home.

The room is located on the third floor. It comes furnished with a bed and some shelves, has wooden floors and lovely high ceilings with plenty of room for a rail, drawers and a desk.

There is a large yet cosy lounge with a giant TV with Netflix, catchup and a few gaming consoles. It has recently been painted so looks a little different than in the pictures (viewing is a must!) . The kitchen has a huge dining table, dishwasher and washing machine and also leads out to our garden where we enjoy the odd bbq when the weather allows!

The house is just off Chatsworth road with its cafes and greengrocers, a short walk to the marshes and millfields park and other green havens and opposite a fabulous pub- what more could you want?

We are a social house and while we may often be busy with our own lives, we still like to catch up over dinner with each other when we can. Would like someone who is also up for the occasional pint and won't be a stranger. We are a no party household, full of professionals who need their beauty sleep! We are social outside of the house but don’t bring the party back home :p You’ll be living with Lucy, Paige, Mia, Dee, Max & Lily!

We are fairly communal with certain basics in the kitchen (rice, milk, oil etc) and usually do a house shop for the necessities like cleaning supplies and toilet roll every 1-2 months (thats usually about a fiver each). Bills come to between £70-80 a month for everything (council tax, water, internet etc) There are no agency fees and no contract, but ideally looking for someone to join us longer term. Deposit is £500. Parking on street but permit required.

No pets due to allergies, smoking in garden allowed!
