Double Room in spacious flat w/private garden!

We are looking for a wonderful new housemate to join our home from mid October!

Who are “we” I hear you ask? 😊

We are two Irish girls, both 30, one working as a GM in a bar/brewery and the other in live music events. We’ve both been in London for several years now.

What should you expect from this flat?

We are a clean, friendly and relaxed household who enjoy getting together to cook dinner and watch movies on nights in. On nights out we enjoy gigs, eating out and the cinema but strike a balance between this and enjoying our own space too.

There is one large shared bathroom with a shower/bath, spacious living and dining room adjacent to the kitchen and a lovely private garden at the back of the property.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress and open plan wardrobe unit. If you have some household furniture there is space to include this too. We’ve not been in the flat for very long and are still settling in so you could be part of making it a home! 😊

What is the location like?
Overall the area is pretty quiet and has a wide variety of local shops and cafes to nip into.

It is excellently connected sitting only a 5 min walk to either Clapton or Rectory Road stations. From there you can reach Bethnal Green in 10 mins and Liverpool St in 15!

It is a green and leafy neighbourhood so if walking is your thing you’ll get to Stoke Newington in 15 min, Dalston in 20 min and Hackney Central in 25 min.
