The flat itself is very spacious, light and clean, fully furnished and homely. It is in a secure gated community and is very safe and quiet on a beautiful leafy road. The building is a modern eco build, it has a roof terrace, a secure bike shed, a large private balcony for the flat, a large bathroom with a bath and a good shower. Beautiful open plan living area with sofa, lots of lovely plants, TV and internet. There is a large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, big fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer and fully kitted out with cooking utensils.

Location;
Great location, 7 minute walk to Clapton Station which is just 15minutes to Liverpool street. Short walk to Stoke Newington Station and Rectory Road too. The bus stop is just a minute walk at the end of the road and goes to Finsbury Park Station and seven sisters as well as many other bust routes. Just 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington Church street with so many amazing restaurants, bars and shops :)

About me;
I bought the flat 5 years ago and love it here. I work as an Account Director for a Design Agency and partly work from home. I’m 39 and have been living in East London for 12 years and love the area the flat is in, close to so many amazing independent restaurants, bars and shop. I love all things art and design, exhibitions, music and yoga. I love spending time with friends and family socialising, also relaxing at home cooking and watching a good film. I’m a very clean, tidy, respectful and caring housemate and would love to share the space with someone like minded.
