I am a single Mum to my five year old boy, I have an open plan, victorian terrace house in upper Clapton, with a bright double room facing onto the garden. I am looking for someone preferably female who would like a comfortable, safe and friendly stay.
Essentially, someone who is naturally bright, positive and responsible and who has a place of work during the day.
Because of parenting I am looking for someone who is compatible with our routine.
The room is not suitable for a night owl, a W. F. H. or student.
