GardenRoom in Victorian house in Hackney (Zone 2)

We are looking for a lodger for our room is in a 4 bed Victorian house with private garden., sharing with householder. and 2 other guys.

There is a well equipped, spacious kitchen/diner and a separate laundry area, one bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, double oven, microwave, washer and dryer. .

The Room:
The room has a bay window overlooking the garden. It is a medium sized room, 3.74m x 3.15m (check out the size before viewing) and is quiet & peaceful.
It is fully furnished & was refurbished and insulated (new walls/ceiling) less than 3 years ago.

Location: The house is on a tree lined road, Chatsworth road is 5min walk, Clapton Station is a 10 minute walk and there are numerous bus routes. There are an abundance of shops, pubs, places to eat, markets and a lot of green space including the River Lea and Hackney Marshes.

You:
You'll be living with 3 great guys who are friendly and respectful. It is important you are too
You'll be someone who cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom and share in the responsibility of looking after the house.. You must know how to recycle!

We have found the key to harmony in the house is that after cooking/eating, each person cleans up immediately afterwards. There is no "I'll do it in the morning". If that is not your way, then this is not the place for you.

It is important that you are tidy, sociable, respectful and chilled. Maybe even have a sense of humour.

It would also be a plus if you are an interested gardener.

The move-in date is October 1st, after all checks are completed.
