Hi, short let considered thanks for viewing the ad, we have one Double room available and want a female preferred household. Professional people are preferred or students.

currently have two people in the house. Also want the house to be clean and friendly so that we can use the shared spaces equally.

The house has a large garden and is 5 minutes from Chatsworth road, has Sunday market, with trendy cinema, the river lea, hackney marshes and the hackney henge. Broadway market and London fields are a short bus ride or walk.
We are surrounded by rivers and canals, so the area is great for walking and hanging out.
There are many cafes and bars in the surrounding area. The ice rink with gym is around the corner.

We all know Hackney is known for its vibrant street culture, diverse food scene, and exciting nightlife, but amidst the city's hustle and bustle, there are also some hidden gems – beautiful green spaces the best parks are in Hackney, each with its own unique character and charm.
bills £100/20 a month including wifi, council tax, water gas electricity etc.
